With the fountain pens of 2005, the Annual Edition is being continued – the annual expansion of an edition of masterful writing instruments that is dedicated to the magic of the carnival in Venice, to ancient mythology and the mysterious nature of the world of fables.
Painted in a historical style and with the finest brush strokes, three fascinating motifs have been immortalised on the caps made of the finest Meissen porcelain: the boisterous harlequin, the most endearing Commedia dell’ Arte character; breathtakingly beautiful Venus and her son Amor, two of the most famous gods of Greek antiquity; and the bird of paradise, the legendary symbol of eternal renewal. The gold-plated, guilloche-style barrel and the nib made of 18-carat gold perfect this edition of exquisite writing instruments which are available for only one year.
