Return Policy

Customer has the right to return items purchased on thecollectors.pro in accordance with our return policy within 14 (fourteen) days from the day customer receives the item.

Items purchased from our website can be returned only if  it meets all the conditions below

•          Items are in their original condition and packaging (as the items sold on our website are used, they must be returned in the same condition as they were sent to customer)

•          Items haven’t been used, burned, washed or damaged in any way

•          All labels, instruction booklets, stickers, related accessories and anything else that were sent with are still attached to the items

•          14 days have not passed since the customer received the item.

The return process takes place in the following stages

1.         Within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the customer receives the product, customer contacts return@thecollectors.pro customer service team to make arrangement stating the reasons for return.

2.         return@thecollectors.pro customer service team will send a unique authorization number.

3.         Within 14 (fourteen) days customer receives authorization number, customer sends back return item.

4.         Our relevant department checks compliance of item.    If all conditions for return are met, customer will be refunded the entire amount incurred for item. If all conditions for return aren’t  met, we reserve our right not to accept return, so item will be shipped back and will not be refunded.

As an alternative, only if applicable, the amount of the return for the item may be reduced when accepting the return not in the same condition as sold. If we propose to reduce refund, customer will be informed.

Please note:

If for any reason the item is returned due to an error by our company then shipping fees are obliged to be paid by our company, otherwise the customer is fully responsible for all shipping fees.
