The Montblanc 1858 collection from the Montblanc watch company emphasizes the inexhaustible creative potential. In 2016, the watch line was replenished with a number of updated versions, one of them is the Montblanc 1858 Chronograph Tachymeter Blue Limited Edition 100. The watch was inspired by the legendary chronograph Minerva series.
The limited edition series pays tribute to the roots of the Villeret Manufacture.
Celebrating Minerva’s 157 years of heritage, at the SIAR 2015 watch trade show in Mexico, Montblanc debuted an all-new collection inspired by pilot watch designs from the 1930s. The highlight of the new collection was the “Montblanc 1858 Chronograph Tachymeter Limited Edition” which is powered by a movement inspired by Minerva caliber 17.29, from 1929.
