After the terrible tsunami that occurred in 2011, S.T.Dupont dedicated “Hope” Limited Edition to Japan, as a symbol of love and optimism for this beautiful country.
It is a model made in the hope of the earliest possible reconstruction of Japan, with beautiful cherry blossoms, which is a symbol of Japan, and the word “hope” that wishes for “reconstruction”.
The Limited Edition is based on a Défi pen and a Ligne 8 lighter, both conceived in bright red lacquer, a true symbol of love and life. The lighter and the pen are not individually numbered.
The “Kanji” characters decorated with Sukara blossoms, the flowers of the cherry tree, symbolize renewal and good fortune. The S.T. Dupont “D” initial crowns the top of the pen .
