The S.T. Dupont Cylinder Table Lighter model is a modern example of a luxury gas cigarette lighter made in France. It was marketed since 1971 around the world and discontinued probably in 1997.
This exceptional vintage large cylindrical Lighter fashioned in a brilliant silver-plated finish, is allover barley (grain d’orge) engine turned pattern.
The S.T. Dupont table lighter is a fine piece to add to any S.T. Dupont collection. It is beautiful in design, exceptional in make, and has an ingenious sparking mechanism.
S.T. Dupont and Paris are signed on the base of the lighter. The lighter mechanism is ignited by rotating the vertically ribbed wheel. Featuring an adjustable flame height for use with both cigars and cigarettes, the lighter has two flame options: a double wide flame, or a longer “classic” style flame. Red felt bottom for scratch free use on desk or table.
