The S.T. Dupont Cylinder Table Lighter model is a modern example of a luxury gas cigarette lighter made in France. It was marketed since 1971 around the world and discontinued probably in 1997.
Fashioned in a unique cylindrical Black Chinese Lacquer and gold plated body, this vintage S.T Dupont table lighter is a fine piece to add to any Dupont collection. S.T Dupont and Paris are engraved on the top of the lighter. S.T. Dupont and Paris are engraved on the top of the lighter. The lighter is 11cm in height with width of 4.4cm and weighs approx. 495 grams.
It is beautiful in design, exceptional in make, and has an ingenious sparking mechanism. The finely ribbed neck element is turned to ignite the flame. The shape of the flame can be changed when the top is opened.
This particular example comes with fine red tooled presentation box and documentation. The model number is 026574, made in 1971. Also available in silver finishes.
