- Fashioned from bronze with yellow gold finishes. Each piece was handmade either by carving wax or directly hand hammering the silver.
- Cutting a 35 kg Rock Crystal rough from Brazil which ended up weighing 6.5 kg when finished.

The Sub Rosa Skull is composed by several natural hand-carved gemstones including Rock Crystal from Brazil for the Skull, British Columbia Jade and Tanzanian Ruby for the Rose, Russian Obsidian for the base, metal parts are fashioned from bronze with yellow gold finishes.
