Founded in Havana in 1875, Romeo y Julieta quickly earned international acclaim, captivating both aficionados and icons such as Winston Churchill. Known for its signature red and gold band, the house has long embodied the harmony of tradition and excellence.
Since 1872, S.T. Dupont has shared this devotion to authenticity. From its beginnings as a master trunk-maker to its artistry in lacquer and precious metals, the Maison has consistently transformed craftsmanship into true art. This collaboration brings together two rich histories to create bold, elegant designs that honor both legacies.
The Grand Dupont lighter celebrates the spirit of Romeo y Julieta with a bas-relief medallion inspired by the cigar maker’s emblem. Deep red lacquer, applied with the traditional popoté technique, pairs with golden finishes to create a uniquely timeworn patina.
The Ligne 1 lighter offers a brighter interpretation of this union, dressed in white lacquer with golden accents for a luminous, refined finish.
