It comes as no surprise that Montblanc chose to recognise her success as part of the Diva Line. Inspired by the 1940s, the Ingrid Bergman collection of luxury writing instruments feature iridescent resin lacquer in white and black, with rose-gold trim.

The cap is coated in a refined mother of pearl style lacquer, with the pattern resembling the distinctive skirts that Bergman liked to wear – the cap also features Ingrid Bergman’s signature. The barrel of the pen is crafted from black precious resin, which offers a wonderful contrast.
The metal trim is red gold-plated and it’s topped off with a drop-shaped amethyst (0.25ct) on the clip which is supposed to symbolise calmness, clarity and tolerance – traits for which Bergman was known and loved all over the world.
L’Attrice Limited Edition 75
Montblanc unveiled in its Diva Collection, a series of writing instruments named for famous actresses, at the grand opening of its Beverly Hills boutique on Rodeo Drive. The newest Diva pays homage to Ingrid Bergman with the L’Attrice pen, which is inspired by Bergman’s time spent living in Italy.
Produced in a Limited Series of 75 pieces, the Ingrid Bergman Fountain Pen features a pearlescent lacquered floral pattern on the barrel. The Au750 red gold cap is engraved with Bergman’s signature. The cap is also ringed at the base with brilliant-cut diamonds, and the clip is set with a drop-shaped amethyst.
The medium 18K gold nib is adorned with heart-shaped hole. The L’Attrice Limited Edition 75 is completed with Montblanc emblem in mother-of-pearl star on the cap top.
