The S.T. Dupont Cylinder Table Lighter model is a modern example of a luxury gas cigarette lighter made in France. It was marketed since 1971 around the world and discontinued probably in 1997.
Fashioned in a unique cylindrical gold-plated pinstripe body, this vintage S.T. Dupont table lighter is a fine piece to add to any Dupont collection. S.T. Dupont and Paris are engraved on the top of the lighter. The lighter is 11cm in height and has a width of 4.4cm.
It is beautiful in design, exceptional in make, and has an ingenious sparking mechanism. The finely ribbed neck element is turned to ignite the flame.
There are two flame options: a double wide flame, or a longer “classic” style flame. This particular example comes with fine red tooled presentation box and documentation.
