The Montblanc Flag Pen Edition writing instruments are among the rarest Skeleton Editions ever produced by the Artisan Shop (Ateliers Prives).
The Fountain Pen is one of the most exclusive creations of Montblanc’s Ateliers workshop. The Flag of Russia skeleton pen was hand-crafted to exacting specifications of translucent precious resin overlaid with an 18K white gold filigree, with a Russian flag emblem carefully hand-set in precious brilliant-cut gems. There are 88 diamonds (.40 ct.), 88 rubies (.52 ct.), and 88 sapphires (.44 ct.) symbolising the Russian flag. The Montblanc emblem is in mother-of-pearl. The Pen is based on the 149 size. The Russia Flag Skeleton Pen is completed with the Medium 18K rhodium-plated gold nib.
